Glassdoor announces Top CEOs in 2018 (Canada)

Employees nation-wide have spoken! Glassdoor announced this week the Top CEOs in 2018 based on, what else? Employee feedback. That's right - the men and women that work for and alongside these leaders. 

Corporate culture, whether it's good or "there's room for improvement", tends to be set by the leader of an organization. These are Glassdoor's top 10 CEOs in Canada in 2018:



10. George Goldhoff, CEO of PURE Canadian Gaming


Headquartered in Edmonton, this private gaming company offers competitive compensation and benefits and from the likes of employee reviews, boasts a great culture and a professional recruitment process.



9. Mark Machin, CEO of CPP Investment Board


This investment banking firm is headquartered in Toronto and appears to offer excellent opportunities for growth and professional development. 



8. Mike Wessinger, CEO of PointClickCare


With a 98% employee approval rating, Mike Wessinger founded PointClickCare in 2000 and has made great strides to becoming a leader in the market and advancing the senior healthcare industry. 



7. Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft


With over 7000 ratings on Glassdoor, 96% of which are positive, Nadella seems to be steering the multi-national technology behemoth down the right path, garnering a #4 ranking as one of the the "Best Places to Work", as well.



6. Lynn Doughtie, CEO of KPMG


Besting competitors, Deloitte and PwC, Doughtie is the sole female CEO in the

top 10. Her advice to young professionals in a CNBC interview earlier this month - "make your career aspirations known, you'll find that others are willing to help".



5. Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft

4. Bill McDermott, CEO of SAP
